1. Definitions and Interpretations

The following words and phrases used in this Agreement carry specific meanings that apply consistently throughout the document.

• "Platform" means the 6zz vin website, mobile application and all related digital services.
• "User" means any person who has created an account on the platform or is using its services.
• "Account" means a personal account registered through the official 6zz vin registration process.
• "Bonus" means additional credits or benefits granted by 6zz vin subject to specific conditions.
• "Real Money" means actual funds deposited into a user's account.
• "Transaction" means any deposit, withdrawal or bet.

2. Account Registration and Eligibility

2.1 Age and Eligibility

To open an account on 6zz vin, the user must be a legal resident of Bangladesh and must have the legal capacity to enter into a contract. Each person may operate only one account. Opening more than one account under the same name or from the same device is prohibited.

2.2 Registration Process

Users must provide accurate and truthful information when registering an account. If false information is provided, 6zz vin reserves the right to suspend or close the account. 6zz vin may request supporting documents at any time to verify the information provided.

2.3 Password and Security

The user is solely responsible for keeping their account secure. Never share your login details with any third party. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact 6zz vin support immediately.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Policy

3.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount on 6zz vin is ৳200. Accepted deposit methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer (major banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank and Islami Bank are supported for bank transfers). All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in the user's own name.

3.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit — bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay or bank transfer.

3.3 Ownership of Funds

Users may only deposit funds that belong to them. Using a third party's funds or using the platform for money laundering is strictly prohibited. If such activity is suspected, 6zz vin reserves the right to freeze the account and funds until an investigation is complete.

4. Bonuses and Promotional Offers

The 6zz vin welcome bonus is a 120% bonus on the first deposit, up to ৳15,000. This bonus is not real money and cannot be withdrawn directly. To withdraw bonus funds, the user must complete wagering equal to 20 times the bonus amount.

Example: If a user deposits ৳1,000, they receive a 120% bonus of ৳1,200, giving a total balance of ৳2,200. To withdraw the bonus, the user must place bets totalling ৳1,200 × 20 = ৳24,000.

Specific terms for each bonus are stated alongside the relevant offer. 6zz vin reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any bonus at any time. If an irregular betting pattern is detected in connection with bonus use, 6zz vin reserves the right to cancel the bonus.

4.1 VIP Cashback Program

The 6zz vin VIP program has four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum. Weekly cashback is paid at each tier — up to 0.4% at Bronze, up to 0.8% at Silver, up to 1.1% at Gold and up to 1.5% at Platinum. Cashback is calculated on the week's net losses (total losses minus total winnings).

Example: A Gold-tier member with a weekly net loss of ৳20,000 will receive up to ৳20,000 × 1.1% = ৳220 in cashback.

5. Betting and Gaming Rules

5.1 General Betting Policy

Once confirmed, a bet cannot be changed or cancelled. The outcome of all bets is determined by the official rules of the relevant game or sport. If a technical error causes an incorrect result to be displayed, 6zz vin reserves the right to determine the correct result.

5.2 System Errors

If a game is interrupted mid-session due to a server outage, network issue or any other technical reason, 6zz vin will resolve the situation in accordance with standard practice. Any winnings resulting from an obvious software error will be considered void.

5.3 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 6zz vin platform:

• Using bots, scripts or automation software.
• Sharing or selling accounts.
• Coordinated abuse of bonus offers.
• Attempting to bypass any security measure on the platform.
• Operating an account using a false identity or false information.

6. Responsible Gaming and Self-Control

8.1 Suspension by 6zz vin

6zz vin reserves the right to suspend or close an account without prior notice in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of these Terms and Conditions.
• Providing false information or identity fraud.
• Operating multiple accounts.
• Abuse of the bonus system.
• Fraudulent or coordinated betting activity.

8.2 Closure by the User

Users may request to close their account at any time. Before the account is closed, the user will be given the opportunity to withdraw any valid balance; however, any bonus balance will be cancelled.

9. Limitation of Liability

6zz vin provides its platform on an "as is" basis. 6zz vin accepts no liability for financial losses resulting from service interruptions caused by server outages, third-party technical issues or any other reason. Gaming and betting activities are carried out at the user's own discretion; 6zz vin does not guarantee any specific winnings.

6zz vin is not liable for any loss caused by loss of internet connection, power outages or device failures.

10. Dispute Resolution and Contact

12. Miscellaneous and Final Provisions

If any part of this Agreement is found to be unenforceable, the remaining parts will remain fully in effect. Any delay or failure by 6zz vin to exercise a right does not constitute a waiver of that right. This Agreement represents the entire understanding between the user and 6zz vin and supersedes any prior oral or written arrangements.
